It's a long one this week as we're learning some 'thread painting' principles and I wanted to give you as much info as possible about where to place stitches and why. This beetle is called Mr Peetasee! Named by my little KZbin viewer Charlotte 👋 Hi Charlotte!

Awesome I hope you like all the bugs 🥰 it's a calico but it's much easier to stitch on quilters cotton, I use 'Kona cotton solids' they come in every colour you can think of and the weave is tighter than calico so the embroidery comes out much nicer in my opinion.
