Hello, just use separated winding machine, it costs ~50$ on aliexpress and much more comfortable, than built-in winder

Hi, I hope you see this. I've been using my machine for a while and it's been doing great. Today, after I rethreaded the machine, I was not able to take up the bobbin thread. When I open the bobbin compartment, I noticed that the top thread no longer goes around the bobbin basket when I spin the wheel I hope I'm explaining this in a way that you understand. I've rethreaded the machine, changed the needle, and oiled it well but it is still not working. I 5ried searching but I cannot find a tutorial that shows this issue. I am guessing I'm not using the correct terminology. Do you have a video that can help me resolve this? If not, can you help me with the search terms, please. Thank you so much!
