A few words on this topic: 2015 era Carti was exclusviley styled and given pieces by Ian Conner because Carti wasn't getting enough money at that time, in the No Jumper interview featuring Ian and Shane Gonzalez Ian claims that he gives carti "Old Margiela, Supreme, Raf, shit he raps about" tons of the hyped up pieces Carti was wearing to catch eyes of the masses were being provided by Ian even the famous supreme motion tee Carti wore in Broke Boi was put on sale on Grailed by Ian Conner himself. Also, a touch on Carti's punk evolution, I can say that there is a high chance that Shane Gonzalez (Owner of Midnight Studios and friend of Carti and affliates.) impacted his switch into the Punk aesthetic, Shane is a punk item collector who just like Ian Conner shared and styled pieces for Carti to wear, Old punk tee shirts he wore were provided by him, all the clothes in the self tilted shoot were provided by him, along with the famous vivienne westwood seditionaries shirt on the cover of self titled belonged to Shane Gonzales (He is also nowadays seen as one of Carti's backup dancers and creative director). It is also said that when he first started drifting away from the Asap mob crew that Bloody Osiris started styling him, when he started drifting away from the MOB he probably went in and looked for his own personal style and this is were he probably met Paris House, she uses to work at Barneys but after Barneys died she began to work at the Rick Owens store in New York, she and Carti began a relationship were she would plug him into exclusive and early Rick pieces. As for the future of Carti's style I'm going to assume Matthew Williams will play a bigger role, he claimed in an interview that old punk bands had clothes for them by Vivienne Westwood and Carti himself had Matthew Williams, his recent photo is all of the new Givenchy Collection from Matthew Williams.
