Good day! Yes! I agree that this exercise is very helpful and yet very effective because I used to do this since I started engaging in sports. And from then on, I make it a habit in my daily routine and as well as in my sports and all. This is can make your mind and lungs feel better after you do such a thing. Through this video upload, I widened up and knowledge and yes, I will do share this with my fellow and circle of friends. Thank you so much for the loud clear presentation. Stay safe always. Stay fit. Stay healthy. Health is wealth. God bless.

Nice video. 10 minutes seems to be about the right time to make it effective. I used to do 1 to 2 minutes of deep breathing a day, and it had no effect. Started doing 10 minutes, and started getting results.

Let me give all of you some real meat in a comment! I practice the Wim Hoff style of deep breathing and it has helped many aspects of my life, such as lowering blood pressure, reducing stress, better oxygenation of body tissues/organs, sharper vision, and an overall feel of better health. It takes about 14 minutes to do - just look on KZbin for the Wim Hoff breathing techniques, and try to do it whenever you can. I only do it a few times each week but I think it really helps! And one other tip: In this time of respiratory viruses, deep breathing exercises can strengthen your lung defenses, I believe!

Nicely explained. Can I do it in any posture like while sitting, standing or lying on bed and while walking? Can I do it anytime in a day? Can I do it multiple time?

Right on! EXCELLENT VIDEO. People should learn to BREATH before they learn meditation. Meditation while short breathing is no help to me.
