Thank you for the great ideas! I pre-made the black bean burger mix, using the method you showed and the spices from my go-to recipe. It was so easy to pull out my bag of burger mix and make the burgers at our campsite, and they were delicious! Definitely my new go-to recipe! Instead of kabobs, I just had roasted veggies and potatoes. And I brought the dates, but didn't feel like eating anything that sweet. Fresh strawberries were sweet enough for me!

They came off pretty clean, as long as you cook them long enough you are good to go. If it’s sticking let them go a bit longer.
