You can collect this data from your govt.bodies.Like Ground water data,Top and bottom GW data,Well location Point collect from local govt authorities. Digital Elevation Model(DEM) data collect from ISRO,or ISRO-Bhuvan Website. Click below Link: bhuvan.nrsc.gov.in/bhuvan_links.php
