We could go over all sorts of texts in a scholarly manner and come to all sorts of conclusions based on our understanding but the core of Jesus's message was simple. Love God. Love everyone. Have faith. Blessed is the Lord our God is the beginning of most Jewish prayers. I wasn't trying to imply anything about a human king. The following is an excerpt from wikipedia that might shed some light on it: Most blessings begins with the words Barukh Attah Adonai ("Blessed are You, Lord"). When the blessing occurs at the beginning of a prayer, the words Eloheinu Melekh ha-Olam ("our God, King of the Universe") are added. Anyways, blessings and peace to you. Also I would caution against getting so caught up in interpretations and texts to the point where doctrines and beliefs divide and do not further love.

@in777sight also just for the sake of clarity you are right. There are more than 10 commandments in the old testament. There are in fact 613 mitzvot (commandments) in the Torah. A good portion of them deal with how to treat the poor and needy. Things such as, "when you harvest your fields do not harvest the edges of your field but leave it for the poor" and every 50 years is a year of jubilee where ALL debts are forgiven and the land is given rest. Can you imagine how much it would change our current system if we followed that today? There would be no poor.

In any case i do not see what that has to do with living the living God or loving others. I care very little about the teachings of men. I just walk the path that has been set before me and try to be understanding and compassionate. I have no need or desire to argue with anyone over doctrine. Perhaps your perceptions will change over time. Mine certainly have. I hold none of my own beliefs to be true. As I said I just try to walk the path before me in wisdom, peace, and love. Leon, Jesus has not taken His Spirit from believers in Jesus. We need to be born again, and when we are, the Holy Spirit gives us a new nature, "born of God", and He comes to live within us, indwelling us. Jesus said that the disciples knew Him because He was _with_ them, but would be _in_ them, and this began on Pentecost. Jesus called the Holy Spirit the "Comforter", which is definitely what we need, isnt it? Look at the Bible verses where God draws near to us, offering us His comfort and His salvation. Matthew 11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Since this 10 nation horde is on Israel’s doorstep, Israel will not be able to use nukes and God does not want this area to be radiated. 9. 5th Seal - souls under alter slain for God’s word - given white robes and told to rest until the rest of martyrs join. * Turkey (Gog) collects 10 Horns or Nations. They are given authority for 1 hour (15 Days) to attack Israel and when they try to take Temple Mount this breaks the 6th Seal. 10. 6th Seal - Great earthquake, the sun becomes black as sackcloth of hair and moon becomes as blood stars fall from heaven, fig casts untimely figs, heavens depart as a scroll, mountain and islands moved in their places. * Erdogan/Gog, dies by God's hand at the 6th Seal, and is buried in Hamon-Gog in northern Israel. All nations that go against Israel are destroyed. (This is possibly the fatal wound and will be healed when Gog dies on the 6th Seal and is resurrected on the 6th Trumpet.) Revelation 13:3. * Sacrifices Start 1290 Days to Abomination of Desolation. * The Temple Mount (Dome of the Rock & Al-Aqsa Mosque) are completely destroyed by God during the 6th Seal and will have to be rebuilt after the 6th Trumpet (1290 days) once the Beast of the Sea and Earth are brought forward on the 6th Trumpet. Nice imagination, but I do disagree with you on several points. Just to give you a few. The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse are Christ (This is before Yeshua gets His many crowns. This is when the only "subjects" He has are His followers the Christians. The bow He is carrying is the Gospel and we his followers are the arrows that deliver that Gospel. The second horseman is World War I. The third horseman is the Great Depression. The fourth horseman is World War ii. Immediately afterwards, the sky rolls up like a scroll. This was when Hiroshima and Nagasaki were bombed. The Rapture occurs at the end of chapter 7. Please try reading Revelation by reading it in order without skipping around.

It says that the generation that sees the return of Israel as a nation (1948) will see the return of the Lord. There are many more, but that one there gives you a general timeline. Or what about how it says there will be a huge increase in knowledge? The last 100 years there has been an increase in knowledge moreso than the rest of humanity's time combined. Then there is the 10 nation confederacy mentioned in prophesy, it goes on and on. None of this had been fulfilled before. The Mark of the Beast, it's easy to imagine how easy it would be to stop people from buying and selling nowadays if they refuse to take the mark, everything is digital and traceable. The time I believe is getting near to Jesus Christ return. But who really knows the Bible says not even the angles know when only God knows when Jesus Christ is coming back.

Maybe when Jesus said no one, not even He, but only the Father knew the day or the hour, that was definitely true. However, once the papers were signed to rebuild Jerusalem (1967 - When all ofJrrusalem became part of Isreal at the conclusion of the Six Day War.) Just maybe Jesus didn't know because He didn't know when Isreal would possess all of Jerusalem. Sixty two sevens plus Seven sevens just might mean sixty two years plus seven years or sixty nine years. Could it be that the last seven years of this sixty nine year period is when the Anti-Christ will rule?

Faith comes through hearing the word of God. Great exercise of exegetical preaching. Even the Demons believe and shutter. It doesn’t surprise me the enemy is infiltrating the Church today. The Church is conforming to the world when Jesus said come out and be separate, do not conform any longer to the patterns of this world. We are living in Times just as the Bible describes where evil has become good and good has become evil.
