Great video. At 68 years old I hit the gym nearly daily.Alternating with gymnastics rings, weights, yoga stretching, cycling. Helps me maintain my sanity 😊

Maybe try and replace the sugar cravings with real sugary stuff. Fruit and real honey to be specific. I've never struggled with this personally but apparently this helps a lot of people.
