Cabbage - 500 g.
Carrots - 200 g.
Green onions - 50 g.
Roasted sesame seeds - 2 tbsp.
Coriander - 1/2 tsp.
Vinegar 4-6% - 1 tbsp.
Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
Sesame oil - 1 tbsp.
Sugar - 1 tsp (optional)
Salt and Ground black pepper.
Cabbage pancake:
Cabbage - 100-150 g.
Green onions - 30 g.
Egg - 3 pcs.
Sesame oil - 1 tsp.
Flour - 1 tbsp.
Black pepper - 1 chip.
Kimbap with cabbage and curd cheese:
Cabbage - 250 g.
Carrots - 100-150 g.
Green onions - 30 g (optional in salad)
Sea kale for rolls
Curd cheese - 140 g.
Fresh salad - 20-40 g.
Egg - 3 pcs.
Boiled rice - 250-300 g.
Sesame oil - 2 tbsp.
Mustard - 1/2 tbsp.
Vinegar 4-6% - 2 tbsp.
Corn syrup (or honey) - 2 tbsp.
Salt and ground black pepper.
