You're welcome @syneetrawilliams3165! I recommend you use the PC version of NVivo. It is more user-friendly and has more useful functions than the Mac version.

How can I import the manually generated codes into the software to identify themes and verify if they align with my manual analysis?

NVivo doesn't have the option to import manually generated codes. You may need to manually create the codes in NVivo

You're welcome! If you have an already-developed codes/themes, you go to the blue side panel on your left side, under 'ORGANIZE' and 'Coding', right-click on 'Codes' and select 'New code' to create the codes/themes. I hope this helps!
