I wish people would leave both the guards and horses alone..they are working..how would these people feel if people showed up at their job and stood next to them while they are trying to work and take pictures!! this isn't Disneyland!!! so disgusting!!!

Well it's a bit different really, because an aspect of their work is being an ambassador of the monarch to a degree, whereas most people's jobs do not contain that aspect.

@@migdaliarivera7539 but not only are they distracting the horses and guards from doing their jobs, but it is also a security risk because you never know what these people have on their person

@@JonathanGillies I get that, but i am trying to prove a point. that people are distracting them from doing their jobs and it is a security risk having strangers anywhere near the guards and horses. the guards don't know these people. they could have anything on them

Cold windy tunnel but Gatesman/lady guard doing it, duration of the vid. She didn't need to enter the tunnel so early. Respect. They are real highly trained military soldiers!! They should be respected !! those swords are real and very sharp!! they are trained to fight!! They are protecting the king and his family!!! plus, and people being disrespectful and treating it like Disneyland, are distracting them from doing their job!! How would you feel, if people visited your country and disrespected your country and traditions and customs!! How dare you?!! Never visit London!!

Have you never heard of tradition? Guards have been carrying out these duties since long before the advent of cameras. There is also an element of discipline involved. They are most certainly not there for the benefit of tourists ,they are all regular soldiers with theBritish Army.
