This was an encouraging video to listen to. I don’t have a business, but I make rustic looking cakes, floral wreaths and some other decorative items for the home/events, and I write on the side. Most of this for a hobby but I’m constantly asked to do events, or parties and I shy away from these opportunities. I’m working on that. I’m just uncertain in which direction to go. Thank you for the video and all that you pour into your craft, and share with us.

I’m glad this was an encouragement to you, Charlee! Sounds like there’s a little demand for what you have going, may be an interesting thought to pay some bills with your skills! ❤️

Jenna Rainey Yes, there is! I’m just trying to get the right timing. I have little ones so that makes it tricky. Thank you for the reply! Have a good one!

Excellent video yet again. All three tips are gold. I like the sequence of tips execution. I missed the painting part in this one hopefully we will be seeing those brushes gliding over the canvas soon but nonetheless excellent video and content. Keep up the good work Jenna and John :D

I definitely am going to be more strategic with my time in 2020. Realized that even though I know how to do most stuff, in order to start and scale I shouldn’t have to do everything myself. Outsourcing chores is definitely necessary

Watercolour Art in Cape Town love to hear that! Even tho you can do it all, doesn’t necessarily mean that you should. 👍🏻👍🏻

i loved this video so much!!! i have to ask; do you have any tips for someone who doesn’t have a considerable social media presence to start with? or any tips for someone who wants to work with multiple mediums? :)

Great tips. 😊 Would you mind if I make a suggestion about your videos? It's easier to concentrate on what your saying if there's no background music once you start talking. Might just be a 'me thing' but I wanted to let you know. 😊

Gaina thanks for the feedback! I’m glad you liked the tips, sorry the music was a little distracting... it’s hard to make those decisions on what you should include or not, but we felt like that was the best decision for the video. But definitely appreciate your comment and will do our best to have less distracting videos in the future. 👍🏻

Yes! I’m an artist, with ADHD (awful adhd) and the background music to anyone’s video really causes e to not retain ANY info! Haha! But I must say you do always choose good soft music and not something that’s stressful! Anyway, Les’s is more right? 🤍 You are incredible by the way! Keep up the videos!! Please!! 🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼

Six figures for a year?
@JennaRaineyChannel5 жыл бұрын
Priyanka Kancharla Yep! That is correct. When the stationery business was at it’s high point, I was booked all year with client work and at a higher price point, so I was able to bring in six figures for my business. I hope these tips are helpful for you if you run your own creative business! Take care!
