Thank you. I believe I had undiagnosed PCOS. I was put on BC pills when I was 18. Lost weight felt better. Had a hard time getting pregnant. Now I’m post menopausal, on HRT . So far, so good 🤞

I have been dealing with PCOS since 2005, and I'm now experiencing perimenopause symptoms. I'm finding that a lot of the symptoms overlap or my PCOS symptoms are just getting more extreme. 😓 What fun. 🥴

Can you accurately check my hormone levels, especially estrogen, if I only come off birth control pill (lo lo est) for one week? Or, how long would you like a long time bc pill user come off the pill to see if their period stopped and check hormone levels to determine HRT options?

Im 40 in early menopause 😢 my fsh was sky high after missing one period, they had been coming every two weeks for a couple of years before they stopped suddenly. Now my total testosterone is double the highest level, i have chin hairs, im losing hair, skin is so oily. My GP cant help, what can i do? Im worried about my hair! Im slim and got pregnant easily i was on dianette for years due to acne. Could this be undiagnosed pcos as well? How do u fix this imbalance? Pls help
