Again you have to remove the battery from the remote & again fix than pressure on /of button your remote will come to normal position.

Hi, my samsung indoor inverter(1st and 3rd led) blink and flash together(flashing 0.5s interval). this can be resolve temporary by power off and on the main switch. it will come back on the next day. what could be the problem?

There is an issue in the outdoor unit, Need to check the outdoor unit light blinking. Then it will be easy to say what is the exact problem. If you are not a technical person avoid touching.

Error: Outdoor Discharge over temperature error.. Steps to follow for troubleshooting ( on your own risk) 1) Check the discharge temperature in the outdoor unit 2) Check the compressor locking or gas leak Restart after power off. Is the discharge over temperature sensor error appeared again? 3) The condition is too poor for air conditioner to operate Wait until discharge temperature is decreased. Restart after power off If the discharge over temperature sensor error appeared again? 4) Download the EEPROM data.. If the discharge over temperature sensor error appeared again? 5) Exchange the Outdoor PBA 6) Exchanged the Compressor

I'm getting error code E422 in indoor unit and E464 in outdoor unit. What does this mean ? I got it checked through two different technicians and both of them gave two different repair cost with two different problem description. Please give your inputs

Tell l the technician to check this... 1] Check the open state of the outdoor unit service valve. 2] Check the connection of the pipe. 3] Check the operation of the EEV. 4] Check the refrigerant leakage. 5] Check the connection of the indoor unit PBA EVA sensor. 6] Check the fault in the indoor unit EVA sensor.

E464 error to check. 1. Test items11) Check the power connection. / Check the restart after power reset. 2) Install outdoor unit and check environment.Check for wire disconnection related to outdoor unit Inverter PCB and check the installation environment.After having installed several units, please check that communication wires are not interchanged with piping. 3) Check the indoor unit installation environment. 4) Check the opening of service valve. 5) Check the status of compressor assembly and wiring. 6) Check the defective for compressor wire single parts.
