Regarding the nomnomnom part, just before he said “I bleed parasitic”, a reference to Lyme disease spirochete bacteria that act like a parasite, literally eating you, and following with “I get kind of sick when I’m stress” which is a come issue of flaring up of Lyme when people get stressed and the immune system drop.
