i like the way that democracy is recognised as a challenge to the need to keep such an operation secret. america, no doubt other nations too, bury funding requirements of 'secret ops' inside budget allocations for non-related activities which is how the 'Threshold' operation is funded. The plotlines are interesting and reflect what I aasume was significant attention to detail in developing the scripts. I am reminded of series 'The Invaders' which although different in detail has over-arching similarities. Very good TV, shame it only survived the one season.

In one show show e Sean says he is marine and has rank over the young men at the military school. But in this one he is wearing a Navy uniform . In the first show he is suppose to be a Navy seal. But he is wearing A seal badge on his uniform in this one,

I liked the first 3 episodes , but then it just got stupid , it should have gone more toward the x files style. Sometimes its scariest when you show less , people's imagination is more effective sometimes. Alfred Hitchcock was a master at doing more with less. Now i see why it failed as a series , but it had all the makings of something good , but being that the ufo thing has been done to death you would have to use a different formula for it to work. I could have wrote it for them but i cant work with carla because im passionately in love with her , too distracting lol.

Problem was - the producting company requested MORE ACTION AND LESS SCIENCE to get the ratings up. As in the GOOD OLD&BAD TV DAYS of the Sixties movie companies and program makers are mainly looking for material aiming at the instincts of the most simple minded viewers with on hand at the bear bottle and the other one in the trousers of their girls. Just look at the most popular quiz shows and reality shows most of those stuff is strait done for those primitives.
