I just let everything out because I could feel the overwhelming emotion and pain coming through the song. I thought of my 3 immediately and how hard this life is for all of us and I felt the weight of the responsibility of my role as a husband and a father fully for the 1st time.

Fan since '08. What I like about this song is that it has the heavy, dynamic sound Thrice is known for while also bringing new to the table (in terms of the intro and the verses really). Coming from a drummer's perspective, this song shows that Riley is still one of the best pocket drummers out there today in conjunction with E's bass lines. Good stuff.
