It is my friend Emily's birthday and I wanted to make her something special, so in this video I show you how I turn this dated maxi dress into this fun flirty mini dress that features an open back and ruffled hem! We are pretty similar in size but I wanted to add elements that are adjustable like ties straps and an elasticized waist.
