Personally, I think goodwill can be over priced for being a thrift store sometimes. Try fining really small, hidden thrift stores? I find really awesome home decor at my local thrift store that 5 minutes away from me ! They tend to be thrift stores that are part of a church or something and I leave there with a huge bag and only spend no more than 5$ REALLY GREAT video though! I love them!

So yeah the basket is just a storage place but it obviously can be what you want to make of it.. very cute thought for laundry 🧺 You got some good finds and it always depends on what locations you go to on what you find.. It's a snake basket. JK! I love it, but I'm afraid since it's not lined with plastic, using as a hamper will mildew it and ruin it. But would be great for extra throws or even toys.

Since the wood color of the chair is very boho I would paint only the spindles black and and put your black and white pillow in it. Modern look and still boho. Love the rocking chair even as is. A great find,

I think your chair is a youth chair. Made for tweens. I have had two just like it , except even smaller. One for my youngest daughter, one for my oldest granddaughter. They are only two years apart and grew up more like sisters then aunt and niece. You will enjoy it for years.

Why do people always say this? There is no more value in a piece of furniture than what someone is willing to pay for it. Due to current styles painted furniture is about the same "value" as non painted, which only matters if your a furniture sales person. Not trying to be rude but the statement makes no sense. 🙄

Great thrift finds! I do like the pillows even though they weren't thrifted! I think you can wash some throw pillows in the washing machine or just throw them in the dryer and sanitize them that way. Or go even further and get them drycleaned.

I love your haul. My most favorite item that you purchased was the basket, of sorts. It looks similar in shape as the one you're using for your big leafed tree planter. I have never seen anything even closely similar at my local Goodwill Stores. I love your haul. Happy Thanksgiving and one of the many things that I'm thankful is your channel. I find it very helpful for home décor and for laughter when Christian joins you.

Thrift stores around my area have almost doubled their prices. Goodwill, Salvation Army and even ‘non chain thrift stores’ I know most are non profits but not all Shoppers are Resellers. A lot of shoppers go there to get items needed that are affordable.
