Love all the tips, I live like 20 mins from Amsterdam but didn't know about most of the places. I have had that cheese loads of times and never had a problem, but so sad that your trip ended like that.

Love the video! Looks like so much fun and makes me miss the NLs (luckily, I'll be traveling back this summer)! Oh no re Nick's gallbladder, glad he is okay though. My sister's fiancé has gallstones and issues with his gallbladder, insane!
