Mr. C, I really enjoyed your appearance at the tv show. We can't see it here in Spain so I really appreciate that you showed us that portion. I'm sure that when you get back home every time, the first thing that you do is spend some time with Pumpkin and Mittens, as a great cat dad. Whenever there is any maintenance o reform going on at any house it's a nightmare with all the dust and the dirt, the furniture or other objects moved around the place, and also you have no ceiling! But I'm sure when the job is all done you will soon forget all the inconvenience and will be grateful to have it at last repaired. Thank you for taking us to your tea experience. I really loved the place. There are two things I want to do before leaving this world, one is going to a northern European country to see the Northern Lights, aurora borealis, and the other one is having an English tea experience in London whith all those lovely sandwiches, scones, jam, cake... and, of course, in an elegant hotel 😊

Tell Luke you can plant pot grown plants at any time of the year so long as the ground isn’t frozen. Make sure he teases out the roots a bit if they have been in the pots a while just to encourage them to grow outwards. Ensure they are nursed a bit until they have settled in. And do check what the eventual size of the plant will be. It’s the most common mistake for novice gardeners. It’s very difficult to believe that little twig will grow to a 60’ tree! I have just had to pay £300 for a 40’ ‘shrub’ to be cut down which the previous owners of the garden failed to keep under control. 😮

I would keep the roof garden fairly bare and get nice garden furniture where you could sit and enjoy the summer and eat outdoors. I know the plants are nice but too many are wasting the space for your use. A few good plants nicer than lots of pots. The space looks much bigger without all the plants. You could have a few lovely cocktail parties there!!

This was a fun episode! A little tip to avoid dust in boxes stored in the attic, especially for special items that are likely to be re-used regularly, such as Christmas decorations side. Take a single bin bag (two for larger boxes - one front to back and the other left to right). Slit uo the side and, if needed, across the bottom of the bin bag. Open out and use to line the box and cover the contents. Seal the box closed. Will be reusable year after year!

Hi Iwan, I'm finding it encouraging you are doing your roof garden. I have wooden decking in part of my garden, after my husband died sadly my maintaining of stuff is being neglected. I've watered pots on this part and the decking is rotting. Constant wetting is not good. I will tackle the task, not personally but it is facing up and employing someone to get it done, and of course it is the expense. Maybe a job for Spring. So enjoy your videos. X

I went to the Ritz on the 8th November for my 70th birthday with my 2 Daughters. It was funny watching you and Luke eating your food as we had more or less the same other than you both had Mince Pies. A guy was playing the Piano but I couldn’t see him but then the Waiter bought a Birthday cake over with candles and while the Piano was playing the whole room sang Happy Birthday to me. I was so embarrassed. So thank you Mr C as I now🎉🎉 know where the Piano was as you have just shown it in your video. Hope you enjoyed your tea as much as me. It was a lovely surprise, we finished up on the London eye. ❤❤

Hello from Tacoma Washington on Sunday, Dec. 3rd! OMG! This was a true treat today. I loved everything about, except your roof garden leak. I hope that all turns out well with that. Thank you for taking us shopping in Leeds and meeting fellow shoppers. That was fun. I couldn't believe The Ritz. That is true luxury all decked out for Christmas. My favorite was actually the massive carpet. It was gorgeous. I loved all of you clothing items. What you wore looked great on you. I know about a busy December. I am planning to move in 5 weeks time. I should find out if my application was accepted tomorrow, but I'm starting to pack later today. I'm sending good and positive vibes to myself. Love my current place, but time for something a little larger and it has an outside deck! I do wonder if you have someone check on your babies when you are gone just for overnight?
