Glad your shop is doing great! Hobnail glass. Hard to tell age. Some older worth more. But some companies copied older molds. You can put a small bowl or saucer in the shade to make it act like a bowl. For frames you can print your own pics in black and white or sepia. Even print on vellum. Ive started doing that too. And then back with paper. Looks translucent, old world. You have great finds!

After you take the dresser apart to make night stands. Use the middle to make a bench to sit and put your shoes on. Put a tall back on it and put some coat hooks on it.

The shop is beautiful! Congrats Zeb and Jami. As phase 2 enhancements to your shop, I think the cross window at the front door would look awesome with IOD molds trimming it. I also think the curtains to the openings of the back rooms would look great replaced with drop cloths with stamps!

I see "hobknob" I get all jumping in my skin!! Lord help me if it was Teal. The white fixture of hob knob you picked up is actually a ceiling light fixture cover and a lamp shade from the post victorian era. My aunt Diane and Uncle John had tons in their farm. I adored it as a kid. I am looking for some. But actually I prefer it in Teal. You guy's are great at picking. I love pearl too. Looove antique personalities in woods. Edwardian Era is my ultimate fave. I have a skeleton key dresser in my bedroom, it was a gift from long time neighbours that were moving. I still have the keys!

Jami, I would really check into listing on E-Bay. You have employee's that could handle that for you. Maybe have one handle it because you can do well. you have the storage in the basement, set up an e-bay shelf so they don't get mixed up with your shop items.

Great finds... I am really liking that new white paint that Zeb used! Looks nice with the Swan White for combining white tones. Also love the new Cherry “whatever” it is called. It looks like a nice cranberry color and the green Zeb used too! I said it before... need to order up samples of all my favorites. I am having a BLAST PAINTING with “Little Black Dress!”.... my favorite black, which I need to order more of because using SO MUCH I don’t have enough to paint what I originally bought it for ..... LOL! How exciting to hear all the things that sold! I loved those “birdcage” looking items.. glad someone bought them. Another great video guys! ❤️

Yes, the white milk glass bowl is actually a shade for an old or reproduction kerosene style lamp maybe electrified. It is in the hob nail pattern. Fenton is usually marked Fenton.

cool "mora" clock!!! i add shelves to the insides of mine :-) the first one i did was black and sold fast. the current clock i have is a standard GF clock in grey and not selling so much so far. i have another 6 1/2 ft "mora" at home just waiting for a new paint job! and maybe a transfer this time :-)

I had the lampshade over a ceiling lamp as a little kid. And it was electric lol (*Im not that old for kerosene !) My mom was into what they called "early American" style. It was def hobnail milk glass and I think the shape of globe was the same. Jamie's bowl idea is so cute tho!

🦋still on my marathon viewing. I love those planters on the mantle. Are they metal? I love the appliqués that are applied. I'm going to search for the video on those. Love that frame you just showed. I purchased frames at The Christmas Tree Store really cheap, and they're really a nice sage color. I just moved to North Carolina, and still have most of my things in my garage. That was suppose to be my work/paint area. My craft room is upstairs. Love that duck, named Hazel. Did Molly move? What type of finish do you apply to a chalk painted piece?

Love the haul, but you don't have to paint... everything. Ceramic pumpkin was fine as is. Wood is beautiful too. Vanity could be a nice hall tree for boot removal, mitten, hat and scarf storage. You could add a back to it, Zeb. If you stand at your door and look at the paint colors you use, everything will look the same visually. Keep more pretty wood visible.

You need a set of Scotty Peelers (Amazon) to help remove the stickers, used with a blow dryer or heat gun makes it easy to remove stickers and labels.

The spray gun recommends a 30 gallon compressor. You can get away with a smaller one but 30+ gallon compressors work best.

I avoid polyurethanes, they can yellow over time. I like DIY Big Top and sweet Pickens Top Coat. They are both durable water based sealers that won’t yellow. It’s all we’ve been using on table tops lately. jamirayvintage.com/search?q=Top+Coat+

the windows here in Houston even in bad shape are ridiculously expensive...people think that an used window is worth the price of a new window.... I called around to change the windows just 4 windows and i almost have a heart attack...quote 790 per window...45x76 simple window and not a brand name ...plus 100 per window installation plus 100 per window for removal, plus disposal fee and taxes all per window...so each window will cost around 1000 dollars...crazy crazy...
