Lol the bike has presta style air valve. It's long and skinny. A standard valve lime a car and most bikes is called a Schrader valve. The gold piece you're talking about is just an adapter to convert it so you can pump up the tire.

it is very irritating, i once made a comment about him not reading comments he then wrote a comment on the next video that he does but i never seen him highlight a comment or answer a question since. in my opinion he doesnt read comments because he doesnt like people telling what he should be doing especially with the recent semi-breakup he had.

Your hair looks similar to mine, so I have a recommendation, try that Fino stuff they have in Japan. Just use it like a conditioner, but only once a week (It's a hair mask which is basically a super conditioner). It can make your hair a bit flat, but for me my waves come back after a day and with none of the frizz. Also NEVER dry wavy/ curly hair with a towel. Towels are made many loops bunched together which get caught on your hair. Instead use an old cotton T-shirt because they have tightly woven fibers which don't catch, and then let it mostly air dry. I think your hair looks fine though because you tie it back, I let my hair down so the frizz is more noticeable.
