I love hearing your vet receptionist saying your kitty is so beautiful. One of my cats gets that reaction from the vet every time. The long haired one. The vet and all the techs always say, "oh we wish we could keep him!" And it cracks me up cuz, while beautiful, he's my standoffish boy. My short haired boy is the snuggly cuddly lover, but at the vet he gets so anxious and scared that he presents as a difficult cat. I'm always like "he's super sweet and wonderful at home! Really! I promise!" 🤣🤣🤣

How do you keep track of what you have stitched when using a digital pattern? I have always printed my patterns and highlighted what I do but I don't have a printer so I'm super curious!!

I don't keep track lol! I used to when I was first learning, but now I just assume that I've done the stitch (I do one color at a time) and am all done with a color/symbol once I've scrolled through the whole pattern. I feel like that doesn't explain it very well, I'm sorry, but I rarely miss a stitch of one color but if I do then it's no big deal, I just go back and fill it in on my cloth when I notice I missed something 😃

Naturelab Tokyo smoothing and repair shampoos and conditioners are really good for detangling-I rotate between them. Also ouai leave in conditioner is a miracle product, ever since I switched to that I have minimal to no brushing hair loss

I have had a fire and a flood. I do NOT recommend. The fire was also a flood because they used a HOSE to put out the fire. I was lucky to survive that, actually. I hope they fix your ceiling soon. I'm so happy you get to spend time with your Mom so she can comfort you.

Your “thing” is water leaks. Mine is AC/Heating systems going out. My first house (only 7 years old), HVAC went out within the first month. Had to buy a brand new system. Second house, AC/heater went out the day we moved in!! Bought a second HVAC system. That’s an expensive expense too. Ugh!

Water always finds the weakest spot which is usually the electrical entry hole from the ceiling, unfortunately (which has happened to me a couple of times, once being in the middle of the night when I was sleeping! My bed just happened to be underneath the light at the time!)

Can we stop with shaming men for having preferences? If a man wants a traditional wife who waits for him with hot dinner ready, he has a right to want what he wants! What is wrong with wanting a traditional wife? You know there are women out there (I am) who are happy being a traditional wife, right? There is NOTHING wrong with that. If a man is willing to be a traditional husband (breadwinner) he absolutely has a right to want and get a traditional wife. Or if a woman said she wants to be the breadwinner and wants her husband to take care of the household, I can almost guarantee nobody would have an issue with that. I think the problem with that is that they are marrying a stranger and a lot of the time these people’s believes don’t match up. There’s nothing wrong with men or women wanting a traditional marriage but when you’re signing up to marry a stranger knowing you won’t get everything you asked for and you’re saying you will not “allow” that it’s just not a good look. Roles in relationships should be discussed beforehand so that both parties agree obviously this is not the case so going on a tv show like this without any room for flexibility just doesn’t make sense. I do agree though that most of the time men are judged for wanting a traditional marriage as opposed to if it were the woman’s preference.
