I made this tonight and my family absolutely loved it! I roasted the veggies and garlic in the oven before adding them to the soup and used the immersion blender to make it a bit creamier without adding any cream. It turned out great. Thanks again for the cook with me video!

Oh my, that looks so yummy! We don't do Halloween at our house. We live in the country and kids don't come out this far. With the pandemic, because my husband and I are in our 60s & 70s, we avoid gatherings to try to stay healthy during this time. Your soup looks amazing I can almost smell all the flavors in there. For Halloween I always made stuffed peppers with the peppers cut out with little pumpkin faces Lol. I used to always make a fun dessert like mummy cupcakes, or witch finger cookies , my favorite is a skull cheeseball with townhouse crackers.

My husband would tare that up. I'm going to try and fix some like yours. Looks awesome. I have cooked all the veggies before and put them in a blender and pulse them a little and it was good that way too. Never put chicken in it before. But, you chicken looked amazing too. I love my air fryer too.

When you were talking about the soup in your DT haul I honestly didn't think it would be all that good, but I gotta say it looks delicious🥕🥦🧄🧅🧀 and I definitely want to give it a try!! 😋 This year for Halloween🎃 we're having a bonfire🔥 and roasting hotdogs🌭 with chips and dip and then roasting marshmallows (even got the stick thingys from DT😁) while passing out candy to the trick or treaters. It's a first for the whole bonfire/roasting hotdogs and such but since my kids are grown and don't live at home anymore (but they come over for the food 😅) and my grandbabies are going trick or treating (then coming for the marshmallows😂) 👽👻Happy Halloween to Everyone☠🎃 Thanks for sharing 💞

Dry spices will get cogged when you use them over a steaming pot, so always leave them open for a few minutes to let the steam out and they won't clog as easily.

It's the steam when you use your spices either put in yer hand them into pot or in a small bowl or plate the steam from yer pot enters n makes it clump up I can't eat pork love yer recipies . N don't have to augment except be aware of salt sodium content yippee. Glad I found you

I'm doing a nacho bar this year, I have tons of toppings so my guests can have nachos any way they like them. There's going to be movies, tons of candy, and games for all the kids that show up.
