This workout is AMAZING! It is perfect for those who travel and are on the go. Many of us cannot get to a gym to workout while traveling. This is perfect for those times. It is challenging and sweaty using bands and bodyweight. Thank you, Vera! You think about all of your followers, and that is why I follow you
