Hey dude, love the series, PLEASE keep in mind Rogue prefers Stealth Strikes over just spamming attacks (BY ALOT,) Stealth Strikes come from filling up that little bar you get under your character when wearing Rogue armor. Keep it up!

Yeah, I know about stealth strikes and I've tried it with a bunch of weapons but have found that they very rarely are worth saving up for, especially if I missed the attack.

lol no spamming is vastly higher in dps for like 90+% of game. There are a few exceptions sprinkled throughout the game and then they get really good and viable for the last couple bosses with really good accessories and weapons with very strong stealth strikes like the scythe you get after yharon and Scarlet Devil.

fair warning, you might need to redo the dungeon build to make the cultists spawn. They require dungeon bricks in specific places relative to where the Old Man stands at night, both floor and ceiling. While there is some vertical tolerance on each it is still something you need to keep in mind when doing neat dungeon builds you want to retain function

Khaios has a video on it, about " Spice Up Your Cultist Spawn Point " TLDR you need the blocks on which the cultists spawn and the floor and ceiling blocks that the medallion centers itself between.

money issue? solved: Jewler (i think), buy amber, amber goes for 28 silver, and sells for 50 silver, so just buy a ton, and then 9999 of amber which wont take long gives you 140 platinum, enjoy :3 its a good easy mode trick in calamity and alchemist npc combined in order to never run out

In the first episode (or maybe second) You got an accessory that places mushrooms wherever you walk. You can use this in the corruption (or crimson) to get corrupted mushrooms to turn into powder, then sell the powder. Literally infinite money.

Maybe it's a different mod that adds it(like fargo) but last time I played Calamity with some other mods I remember being able to capture the traveling merchant and combine him along with gold coins and I think 1 other thing in order to craft one of his sellable items.

When playing rogue, you should let your stealth strikes build up, for most rogue weapons doing stealth strikes does more damage than just spamming

I've found the opposite to be the case, where most weapon's stealth strikes are just not worth the wait and risk.

@@Throarbin It def depends on the weapon (the one you got from the goblin army for example is terrible if you spam it but great for a strealth strike) but there is no added risk by using the stealth strikes... you either do the damage and don't get hit or you get hit, doing the damage in bursts doesn't change how that works fundementally, it just requires slightly more brainpower than just holding left click.
