for both throne and liberty review ps5 and throne and liberty xbox review - the throne and liberty console guide will be huge because of the throne and liberty bug specifically tied to menus this throne and liberty glitch can make the game unplayable in parts due to the buggy throne and liberty menu,
so throne and liberty problems are something to think about before you buy throne and liberty

The UI and menus have been frustrating the heck out of me.... to the point I had to look up online to see if other people were having these issues, hence how I found your video. Thank you for showing me the Left Stick trick (holding it down for emergency mode). They should give people the option of using the cursor if they so wish, because the controller rarely seems to work and is really staring to tick me off. I was excited to stay up late and play it, but because of all the issues im just going to to go to bed

It's crying out for letting us use the dpad in the menus but it's terrible and I keep having to hold the left stick in to navigate, I played the alpha and beta and never had these issues it's so odd

This game just made me appreciate Black Desert more and I picked it up again... The gameplay, controls and menus in Throne and Liberty feel terrible unpolished.

I have some confusing shit going on, but that doesn’t make it unplayable because I’m not stupid. I can see what the problem is and just play around it part of the UI that frustrating is when it freezes and you have to exit and reopen it the menus that mean that hardly you just exit the menu and reopen them and everything‘s fine.

4:09 there are many options to go around including just make the cursor sisible by hold R3. But just to shed some light here: your stick just works to change from main menu to main menu, if you want to go into your Quests as you are showing here, you need to Press A in order to have it change to the right side... once you are in the submenu you should be using your D-pad, Just like you use your D-pad for everything when you are in your character menu. It is buggy but it is BY FAR not as buggy as you are making it ;) Iv'e being playing it since day one of EA and now, (took my time, at level 45) I have no issues with navigating the menus whatsoever. It is only because you are not use to it.

It's basically an MMORPG that's been released since day 1 on consoles and pc and it's also crossplay, trust me it's a very big job and I think they've done it more than well, apart from a few hours at the beginning of full servers, they have and are currently handling everything very well. It is normal that some things are missing, which may or may not be essential for some, but what the heck, it has been out for two days. Surely in the future they will implement mnk functionality on consoles and add new settings.

@Delbzy have a 3k pc bud, but wanted to sit back on the couch and enjoy the game. FF14 supports full MNK. If a mmo is going to be crossplay it needs it.

Ff14 plays well on controller, has full mnk compatibility and full crossplay with cross progression, also shared subscription between steam and console. But this p2w piece of junk works terribly, just lazy and unskilled devs. It's not a problem for me to play on pc, but a problem for those who don't have a pc

I have it on Xbox S and the entire menus at times will not allow you to move through any of the options to select anything and it is a known issue and the only way around it is to log out and log back in and hope that it works even though that is not 100% and For anyone to say that the only people that are having problems are people who can’t work around the issues, you are part of the problem and the issues because there should be none and the game should be running smoothly.

I dont know if anyone else has this issue but a lot of times I'll teleport then when I get there I fall through the map then I'm stuck in a swimming animation (not morphed.. actually shows my character doing a swim animation) and I can hear the water until I jump.

I saw all these issues as well on my xbox. Games was clearly not ported correctly to console. Too broken to be worth my time. Im going to wait for New World and hope they do a better job with that one but hopes are not high. Big shame cause the game looks amazing. This makes me appreciate what Blizzard did with Diablo 4.

There’s also horrible server lag while in combat, sometimes your attacks take like 2 seconds to proc. Really annoying

its to hard to play on console i dont know why on console they disable editing UI i have large screen TV and i cant see my HP and skills sometimes and its hard to track when you have messy fights i want my HP near the character but i cannot do that, 2nd world boss is insanely unplayable because there's so many players in 1 screen there's no options to reduce how many players in the screen or turn off skill effects from other players its unplayable

Do you think they ever QATested this game on XBOX at all? I agree the menu navigation is horrible. You can sorta get around this by depressing L button on moving the cursor but you need to do that every time you have an issue.

Console was a complete afterthought. They did not listen to a single bit of feedback we gave them last beta.. Ui is very limited/janky and we are missing all the requested graphics stuff that pc got.. Not even a simple option for my camera to stay behind me when turning, no nameplate, can't move my party or own status bars around. It's very bare bones atm for console sadly. Also why is auto cursor not an option for us to have on at all times? Lol

My frames drop to 5 once i got right into the starter village on xbox series x. And i struggle to run over 60 fps on my 4070 because of the amount of ppl on day 1.

I cant even play now on PS5. Done the whole intro, then when starting the main game I was asked to link amazon gaming account to ps account coz you get a couple free things. Now comes up account authorisation error and then can't do anything. Closing and restarting doesn't help. Anyone else have this problem??

I did the same. Also playing on PS5. My error code is different though. I get a disconnected server error. I contacted Amazon games and notified them. They acknowledged the problem but have given me no help to resolve it. NCSoft doesn't offer any support. I haven't been able to login to the game since 9/29. Thinking about contacting Sony about a refund since I spent $100 on an early access pre-order. Long story short, you are not alone.

TBH, I didn't like the character creation. No breast slider, and you have to tweak the body while wearing armor. They really wanted to play it safe and vague. Thanks Amazon games.😂

Absolutely nothing unplayable about this game are the menus a bit buggy do you get hung up sometime? Are they even more importantly are they so inconsistent as to navigation sometimes you navigate when the bad sometimes you navigate with the joystick they are inconsistent. They have fog, but they are not on it and no way I’m playable, I put a lot of hours in the last five days just another character up to I think level 17 yesterday on Tippin the PS five PlayStation only server without any issues playing the game. The game is very playable and it’s enjoyable playing and it’s pretty well thought out and typical Korean fashion run to do a lot of grinding to get all geared up, but the grinding is fun And playable how is it that you can login to the starter city and see General 7080 people standing around you sometimes fast traveling when you land you land with 30 or 40 people all at the same time because it’s so goddamn busy they had two servers and eastern. I don’t know about the other regions but in my region Eastern part of America there were two servers in reserve that you weren’t allowed to create characters on yet, I believe they were trying to, fill up the servers they were trying to avoid the mistake made by Amazon with New World. By the way no matter what it looks like Amazon charge here MC soft on Amazon is just publishing but maybe Amazon learn some lessons from New World and that they had extra servers ready, but they were shut down or or blocked, those are now open because the other servers have gotten to a high threshold of users, but they need to open up some extra servers that were already ready when the game launched in early so all the people playing it

Got the fastest Internet in the UK, hard wired. The problems with UI and shit has nothing to do with connection, fool. The fact that there even is an emergency mode, which is described as 'if the menus don't work with dpad' literally proves my video correct. They put that in BECAUSE they knew their shit was buggy, and you can't use emergency mode in every menu.

Call the game free to play so you don’t need to get it on gamepad you don’t even have to have a subscription at all. I feel certain it will be listed in the freedom play game catalog and the free play game catalogs items all come with Xbox live Xbox console user and Xbox live free For a couple years now so you don’t even have to have a subscription to play this game or games like destiny to war the first descendent I assume is also in there I don’t know I don’t own an Xbox anymore. I bought one exam and compared to PlayStation plus found that to be severely Limited, but in comparing other features like each platforms free to play catalog, I found them to be very comparable. You can literally buy an Xbox never subscribe a day in your life and there’s plenty of games you can play this one included as of today, I believe October 1 was the full release. I am not sure I’ve been playing early but again you do not need game pass Play this game and I don’t see how you would be getting it under game pass because it’s a free to play game. There’s no cough to play this game on any platform on PC not on PlayStation not Xbox. There’s no cost at all.
