good video. Where is the Mass Air Flow Sensor on the Focus?
@AC-jn6ks5 жыл бұрын
The MAF Sensor is the black part that the hose is connected to. At kzbin.info/www/bejne/qKnQiWSXnciegpY you can see it is the black plastic piece with the white label on it.

And you got to let the car run for about 10-15 minutes to let the computer recognize the new part to properly work so it wont high Idol and make the car jump all over the place

I have never wore gloves to work on a car in the 40 years I've done so. The guy actually doing the work on the car doesn't wear gloves either. But gloves are needed to "point" to things? I will never understand people who wear gloves to work on a car.......or point at one.

Because most chemicals used in a workshop are carcinogenic and toxic, no point shortening your life expectancy

@@harrisonewington2846 - I am here to tell you from your future, after working on cars for 40 years, no issues from working on cars. Yes, of course be conscious of chemicals that could be detrimental if absorbed through the skin (brake cleaner, brake fluid, etc.) . However, when doing mechanical work on a car there is typically no chemical to worry about. I see guys pull a fuse and they wear gloves. I have no idea why. I saw a guy replacing interior light bulbs with LED lights and he wore gloves to do this. I have no idea why. You don't want to get skin oils on a halogen bulb, but all bulbs being removed were regular incandescents and they don't have that issue, nor do the LED bulbs. Wearing gloves, from what I've seen, is done because they think it looks more "legitimate," as if the person doing the work is more believable. I don't get it.

People weather gloves when making videos as it looks more esthetic and professional, some people are put off by dirty hands or nails
