According to ScoreHero, yes. Since the release of GH:WT, which gave the ability to use double pedal on a WT kit, which functions with both games, double pedal is legal for any and all difficulties on both RB and GH games.

Regular hammer-ons are way easier to hit than the purple notes... since every button hit during a purple sections counts as a strum, you have to be much more precise; flailing will cause you to break streak.

the weird thing is that you can make a lot of jazz songs work with very simple beats, alot of songs only consist of a ride a hi-hat and a snare which i dont really like, it sounds so much better when you increase the technical difficulty

Here's dragonforce's drummer, FOR EVERY SONG, pay close attention. Starts off, 8th notes on high hate, snare and double bass pedal. Huge drum roll all around set, repeats on ride cymbal, huge roll again, repeats on high hat. Pauses. Single pedal 4th note high hat. Roll. 8th note high hate double bass snare, roll, ride cymbal repeat and so forth. Then the long pause. Crash and hold. Crash and hold. Repeat high hat, ride.

When you miss a white tap you have to press the "trigger" once to have control. If you miss the strum-looking tapnotes you dont have to trigger if you miss :)

@mingebag851 - just because they are a studio band doesnt mean they suck, it just means they can't perform live. if they sucked they wouldnt be as famous as they are now and wouldnt have four pretty successful albums. making good music whether in the studio or performing it live is still good music, it doesnt matter where or when you make or create it and whether or not you can do it again, just that you had the ability to do it in the first place.

Double bass pedal-ing is a hard concept if you dont use your left foot, otherwise, you just need to practice your left foot. Since I use hi-hat a lot for jazz drumming, double bass pedal-ing is quite easy.

@ghunit1 In my opinion, it doesn't matter what controller you are using, so long as there is no bot involved. You are still hitting all the same drums at the same time, they just may be positioned differently. Also, by that logic, then most of the really good GH/RB drummers' FCs wouldn't count, and a lot of the "really good" people would just be average players like you and I.
