I believe this is not only one of the most overlooked and underrated Batman figures, but also one of the most important Batman figures ever made!

This whole line was amazing. I was 11 years old in 94" and this was the last line of Batman figures I collected.

I had this one and lots others from the line. I liked the shared aesthetic to the Shadow of the Bat comic series, which I loved. The Joker was fantastic. I had the Super Powers, Toy Biz, Kenner Nicholson Joker and then this one. As a kid, I thought he was too stylized (he is), but I didn’t appreciate the similarities to Brian Bolland’s art (the piece where he has his fingers in his hair and is spazzing out and all the HA HA HA HAs around him comes to mind). The last one I got from this series was the fencing Batman for my fourteenth birthday in Jan. of ‘95. I was getting tired of the gimmicky figures, so I stopped collecting them. Most figures at that point, really. But this Batman was cool.

@@5POAFigureReviews You did more than help brother. You've injected me with a giant dose of childhood memories. I can smell almost smell the plastic. I had that batmobile. Would love an indepth review on it. I remember having that and the batmobile that you can remove the top cover to reveal a batwing you can pull from underneath. I can't remember which line that's from.

Pretty sure both this figure and the Batmobile were based on Simon Bisley's art from Batman vs Judge Dredd.
