Let Me In is the reason I started stanning. Kpop just isn't done like that, it was totally different. And so expensive - they filmed in Paris, Japan, Iceland, London, Taiwan, New Zealand, Prague, Hong Kong, and obviously Korea - all just in the first subunit.

Ohhh girl, let me tell you that doing a deep dive of Loona It's a serious thing, because of all the lore that their videos, songs, lyrics, choreography, ufff is a lot but fun and entertaining to follow, but what I love most about this group are their personalities, no two are alike in this group, all a case and the Orbits love that. I would love to see a deep dive of Loona but I know you have many coming up and one like Loona takes two months minimum of video after video. So if someday you decide to do it I will be the first to watch the videos because it would be an interesting way for you to start as we did and for us to see and help you along the way because there is a lot of information.

With music, the smallest things can just grab me by the neck and have me in a chokehold and never let go. Heejin was my bias with 11 girls left JUST because I fell in love with her delivery/inflection of the "oh my God, yes!".

Thank you for reacting to Loona❤it means so much to us Orbits. I’m a predebut fan so I’ve been through the whole ordeal. I adore these women with all my heart. Heres the b-sides that I recommend: “Heat (열기)” which is on their debut album [++] (pronounced plus plus). “Where you at” from their 2nd mini album XX, I cry almost every time I listen to it. “Voice” from their 4th mini album, it’s such a beautiful song. They also have a English version of it called Star, it was a gift to international fans. “Universe” is like dream like, I often listen to it when I drive at night. It’s also from their 4th mini album. “Dance on my own” is their first original English song, it’s from their 5th mini album. “POSE” is a must hear song in my opinion, it’s just so slay of them. It was a song for Queendom but they added it to their 6th mini album. Another amazing song on their 6th mini album is “Pale blue dot” it’s such a vibe. Besides the b-sides I also highly recommend: their cover of NCT 127 ‘cherry bomb’ but specifically their performance at KCON. Also their cover of Sorry sorry by SUJU. And if possible, their dance cover of eclipse by Got7 Their voices have really grown, especially Yeojin’s but she was young, from 2002 and she was 14 when this song was recorded and when the mv was filmed. I’m only a few months older than Yeojin so it felt weird to see her grow up because that meant that I was growing up too.

They have incredible lore, so a deep dive is recommended👀 or just a listen through their whole discography or watch through for the mvs to get the story🥰 Thank you for supporting the boycott! Heejin with the colors is bcs she brings colors into the loonaverse (and all the members are a color) and the rabbit is her representative animal, while a cat is hyunjin's, dove is haseul's and frog is/was yeojin (she changed it now) The first mvs are all a bit vague since they're still building up the lore😅 For live videos I recommend some covers bcs they are cover queens!

oh im so nervous being so early~ the (release)order would actually be first 4 solos -> 1/3 mvs(2a+2b) > next 4 solos > oec mvs(2a+1b) > last 4 solos -> yyxy mv(theres only one, i think their cb was scrapped cus things were super out of schedule, and that song is one of the bsides?), but i get it.~ theres also the christmas song the carol(theres two versions but only the first mv connects to anything. the way i waited for centuries to get 2 other versions of the carol with the remaining 6 members and they never did it), which is after let me in, released as lmi's bside rabbit are heejin's animal, theyre one of her symbols. youll just at some point start picking up on the girl's symbols, theyre very obvious. like, red and blue will always be lip and soul; the number 5 always points to vivi, 12 is hyeju and 1 is heejin; birds(most birds, not just doves), frogs, cats and butterflies are respectively haseul, yeojin, hyunjin and gowon; an apple is the center of yyxy but its also yves' fruit, if a shot is upside down thats for choerry, mimicking an arrow references chuu, etc, stuff like that theres an extended version of around you that is a 10 min short film. also, i think orbits found out that that big cat head is a super expensive luxury cat head~ let me in was filmed in iceland in the winter, theres behind the scenes bits(loonatv, they get longer over time but originally they were a couple minutes long at most) that show how absolutely freezing it was when they were filming, you can even tell in some shots in the mv that our haseul couldnt dry properly after the entire production got rained on. also, the lyrics to lmi and heart attack really parallel each other the way i see it 1/3's mvs are very fairytale-y, its fun. kiss later is a frog prince thing. the lyrics are about how she isnt ready to kiss yet and asks her "prince" to just hug for now, and she does like him back, she's simply not ready. she was like 14 at this time, and youll see she's not in 1/3(real world reasons being that she had to focus on school i think? officially she was said to be the / or that she was "lost". but her performances after full debut were alone or paired with oec). performances of kiss later are really cute, im just bad at remembering specifics x_x;; ♡

Yeah, this order would be the best case scenario cause they have a densely connected storyline throughout the mvs but solos -> subunits -> full group order is good too. i think that's the charm of LOONA. whether you follow the lore or not you can enjoy their music anyway

Genuinely forgot how good Let Me In was until watching this video. This might be a left field reference, but the arrangement and melody really reminds me of some of Sheena Ringo's songs that have an orchestral arrangement. I generally tend to replay the more upbeat solos so I kinda forgot about this song, but it's sooo good!

Oh wow, this will be a wild ride for you. There's just SO MUCH content, in terms of music (MVs, b-sides, live stages, covers, etc.) and fan content (behind the scenes, LoonaLog, random fan-made videos and guides, MEMES, SO.MANY.MEMES.) 👏 Loona is that type of group where you feel extremely close to the membees, and the fans, Orbits, are borderline sociopaths, but like, the good kind. 😂🤡 I swear, Orbits are the first and only fandom I ever wanted to be a part of. The amount of delulu and pure genius in this one is abyssmal. As for the music, pretty much all of Loona's discography is very, very high quality. There's a bit of everything for everyone. My personal favorites are Sonatine (Loona 1/3), everything from OEC members and the subunit, everything from YYXY (especially D-1 by Yves and Rosy by Gowon and Hyeju). From the whole group,some of the best b-sides are Heat, Satellite, Stylish, Colors, Oh, Yes I am, Day & Night, Voice (or Star in English)... There's a shitton of music to go through, but I guarantee you will find at least 10 songs you could listen to on a daily basis. Finally, the lore... oh boy, this one is a deep and long one. Just know that if you step into it, you will be bombarded by quantum physics theories, time travel, string theory, Möbius strip theory, dimensional travel, mirror-image theory, color theory, a bunch of various big and small details in every single video, lyric details, etc. and at the end of the day, the purpose of loonaverse is still not clear even to us long time Orbits. Good luck on your journey. 💕✨

Given that you didn’t get subtittlesbc of the reuploads here's a bit of loonaverse context Vivid talks about heejin living in a world devoid of color in a monotonous life that repeats itself everyday asking herself if living a more vivid life would be okay with more colors and changes in the boring routine Around you talks about hyunjin being to shy to show her love to the person she likes, so she hides her feelings and watched from afar bc she doesn’t have the courage to come up to them Let me in its kimda tricky bc if i explain it the way i see it we might get in too deep into loonaverse lore and its too early for that so by reading the lyrics only let me in its about haseul finding put that after falling in love with a boy that is really different than her she realizes that slowly they are becoming more like each other and her ice cold heart starts to melt Kiss later is one of my favorites, it talks about yeojin being in a relationship but she is not ready yet to have the first kiss with the boy, the whole songs revolves around basically consent " Wait for me I need to be ready, I like you too But today, just hug me" Not only does the song have a good message its also an age appropiate song because at the time yeojin was only 14 years old
