Yeah, back then hiphop wasn't popular in Korea. BIGBANG was one of the first groups who made it popular. This mv became amazing when u know thos fact. Doing smth that isn't even popular. This guys are brave enough to try. Their first songs are so about hiphop, but I like it. I really appreciate this song and actually I have it on my playlist even nowadays.

You can't remember who you were listening to back then. . .Meanwhile...in 2007 i was going to highschool here in the states listening to this blasting my headphones on the bus to school with all the other kids makin fun of me and secretly leaning in to get a listen 😆 Daesung was my bias back then i loved his vocals, Then it moved to GD and eventually TOP. I went through a small Taeyang phase for a bit too lol.

i know this is an old reaction but I felt so alone since that MV came out because my friends who were into pop back then did not know about B2K. This MV made me remember B2K and I think at that time Omarion was doing his solo thing. So Taeyang's hairstyle made me think of Omarion every time I saw him because Taeyang had that hairstyle for awhile. He would have the same hairstyle/cut forever before he changed it.

You got me a major flashback to when i first listen to bigbang...... hahaha i couldnt help but amazed with every member's vocal and rap. I remember they were bashed by k-public for being 'ugly' 'unattractive' as every idol at that time was required to be cute or handsome. And they were doing hiphop, which is quite unusual for IDOL group. Idol group still didnt really care about rap roles and self-producing within the group, but bigbang consist top (deep voice) and gd (light voice). They considered attractive after a surge of popularity of 'lies' and 'haru haru', they considered a trendsetter due making sunglasses and hiphop pants popular. Gd fashion sense and producing ability was acknowledged by public. They never had it easy, tbh....
