Actually, this is more scientifically correct than vast majority realize. Cholesterol by itself is NEEDED in our body, it fuels everything. Now, higher levels of LDL ( bad cholesterol) is harmful in the long run. And when higher LDL meets smoking, sedentary lifestyle and insanely high sugar levers or insulin resistance is when you win your ticket to the other side. Just eat without carbs, sugars and starches. Get fish oils Omega3 in your diet, have a 1 hour walk a day and you'll be around to listen to Fluffy for many years to come. And getting a small aspirine daily keeps blood thinner and flowing live a river of smart jokes from Fluffy.

I was diagnosed with diabetes in 1996. I've watched my carbs, killed my starches, and kept my glucose levels down under 150 for most of the time. This year was a bad year for me, as I have neuropathy in my feet and had to get part of my right foot amputated due to an infection. You can do this, Gabriel. It's worth it. You've got my support. Never surrender!

I’ve healed from an eating disorder, Bulimia. It was a long, tough road of recovery. All the answers were in my childhood. Thank God for counselors and for the Lord. I couldn’t have done it without Him.

I wonder if he's ever considered going to an addiction therapist or counselor. People think that's only force drug and alcohol addicts but it's very effective for food addicts as well.
