To create the Anim Montage, you can just right click the Anim Sequence and up at the top there'll be Create > Create Anim Montage, it will automatically select the correct skeleton and mesh, and place the anim sequence in the montage for you

Thanks for the tutorial! I have an issue though that the animations aren't playing but the ball still spawns in my character's hand when I hold the key and it drops to the ground when I let go. I followed all the steps so I'm not sure what's wrong. Does anyone know what's wrong?

Check your ABP to see if it has a "default.upperbody" montage section and then the montage itself to play in the upperbody 🥹

Hi, can you help me for a critical bug, searched all over internet and gpts bit unable to fix it. The issue is occurring when I tried to reattach after detaching, my ball actor is stayed in its thrown location but in level outliner it's attached.

You can spawn an actor on throw that is a pickable/interactable ball 🥹

In my experience 5.4 has been pretty good as long as you don't use frameworks 🥹😂
