Very helpful I'm coaching highschool track again, I was a rotational shotput guy but all my kids glide so I'm trying to get them in the proper technique

The benefit for the under the chin is that your shoulder is more behind the hand. Especially with new throwers it gives more control. (Prevents throwing errors) Later after some experience I let choose what works best.

In your analysis of Chuck enekwechi you said that he was late of is left. What do you mean by that? How can you even be late of your left coming out of the back?
@ThrowsUniversity4 жыл бұрын
This means that he could have come off of left foot sooner out of the back. That his foot was on the ground too, causing a reach to the front. Great throw by him and technique, but there can always be improvements to be made. Thank you for the feedback 💪

First of all Thanks sir, For reply, I like timmermann

@@AnujKumar-gm1kx To be honest 5'10" might be too short for 70 feet with the glide. As far as weights you will need a 240kg Bench Press, 280kg+ Squat, 220kg Front Squat, and a Bodyweight of 125kg+ | Hope this helps

Around 45-50 feet I guess with that.

How to hold shot 3 fingers or 4 fingers?
@ThrowsUniversity4 жыл бұрын
You will mainly press with your 3 fingers, but the pink adds extra support to hold the shot put.
