Best video review I've seen so far. The only one providing a comparative in Nm with the different TM models. And the best of all, being good in the test drive. In all other videos I watched all the drivers was smashing the walls or going out of the track. Kudos for you!

I went from a Logitech G27, to G920, then purchased a Thrustmaster TX servo base. WOW. What a difference. I couldn't understand at first why the wheel vibrated as the race went on. I quickly realised that it was the flat spots on my tyres! The Logitech wheels don't have a hope of replicating such suble differences. I now have the TS-PC. The torque increase is VERY noticable, with the biggest win being that the wheel doesn't saturate during long, fast sweeping bends. So I can feel the kerbs

Handy how this Video just appeared in my KZbin Recommended List. Three days ago I bought the T300 RS as my first Force Feedback PC Wheel. Once you tweak your settings and install custom FFB files for your games It really is fun to catch those slides in AMS2. Since I have a 15 day no hassle return option, I am getting very GREEDY and am looking at the TS-PC (TS-XW) wheels for almost double the price of T300 RS LoL...! I doubt the Force Feedback and feel is 2x better but the better quality of the motor, wheel and construction are making me re-think my purchase. First World Problems.... ahaha.

What did you decide?
@ysiadpir14232 жыл бұрын
@@ranakirti The TS-PC was actually very good but over priced compared to the newer and smoorher Direct Drive wheel announced by Fanatec. I returned the Thrustmaster wheels for now and put the money toward a new Radeon RX 6800 Tuf Gaming GPU. I prefer flight simulators. My old VEGA 56 died so... I made the only choice available. Cheers.

Amazing review video! So much info, so you think is definitely a good upgrade to go from a T300 to a TS-PC? Since I play on PS4 only I’m thinking on upgrading to a TGT II servo base since they share basically same motor as the TS-PC base. Looking at your video I can totally understand that the T300 lacks in power and detail. Thank you! Cheers

Excellent comparison video. pls share your feedback on 488 Challenge vs ferrari 599xx evo vs R383 wheels... Which wheel you use for which game? How they feel different from each other? But if you could only keep 1 wheel, which will be your choice and why? Thanks.

Hi, I have this one plus the 310 Sparco and the new T-LCM Loadcell pedals. Great Combination ! There are many great setup tips on the net for use in various sims. Coming from a G25, the TS XW ( or PC Racer ) is the adequate upgrade for me. The next Step will become 3 times as expensive...however, that may take a while as I rund the TM combi now in AC,ACC,Raceroom, AMS2, GTR2 and Rfactor1+2 and it works just great in all sims. Don't feel the need for any further updrading right now. Thanks for the video, nicely made. All the best. Stefan

How is the TSPC? I am planning on buying it
@stefan-georgfuchs96182 жыл бұрын
@@slycooper4946 Well, I don't really know how to answer such a very general question. TSXW/TSPC represents the topend of the TM Wheelbase line, to my knowledge ( unless they introduced something better since May/June 2021. It provides 6.5Nm torque which was enough for me in all 5 sims I use. For a beltdrive wheelbase, it was more then capable to deal with all the FFB settings I needed to make in games and , together with the solid Sparco 310 P it gave a very sensible and robust / solid driving feeling. I expected nothing less from this combination ( and it's price ) and it delivered. Now this package ( only 4 months in use , practically new ) is for sale at a good discount since I have only 1 Rig and use mainly the CSL DD.

@@stefan-georgfuchs9618 Thank you! I will be buying the TSPC after purchasing higher grade pedals.
@stefan-georgfuchs96182 жыл бұрын
@@slycooper4946 good decision as good pedals are as important as a good wheel and wheelbase. Doesn't have to be the high-end stuff though, but decent and robust quality.

Very nice and detailed review. I would like to know what is your opinion about upgrading my current setup which is T300 RS GT to T-GT II that as far as I know it's similar wheel base in terms of power and speed to your TS-PC Racer. I'm especially interested if that greater power will be enough to use comfortably Sparco R383 Add-On wheel rim which is havier and has bigger diameter than wheel rim that came with T300 RS GT originally. I love this rim especially while rallying but I'm quite sure that I lost some of the detail and speed of force feedback when using with my T300 RS GT. Maybe you remember your experience with using this rim on both wheel bases and can share your thoughts. I'm driving mainly on PS4. All the best.

I returned this base because of the annoying sticker on the top the base which I couldn't get off and when I finally did there was a colour difference between the place of the sticker and the rest of the base. What a setback!

For that same price, in month or 2, you'll be able to get the CSL DD from fanatec, better quality and cheaper

Yeah that’s true, Fanatec kinda killed the market with the new CSL stuff. Hopefully thrustmaster come up with something similar.

@@Andybarney555 i looking to buy Fanatec product for about a year, I'm ok with the prices but they are simply not available for me to purchase it... I live in Israel and I didn't found a simple and affordable way to ship it to me (they don't sell it on amazon, and they don't ship it worldwide) this just disappoints me, and that's the only reason that I'm sticking with Thrustmaster ecosystem...
@smillerp65033 жыл бұрын
@@MrAero173 exactly my reasoning as well.
@stefan-georgfuchs96183 жыл бұрын
According to Fanatec, it will take rather 4-5 months from now until this hits the market AAAND if it's not sold out already.... and 395 EUR is the entry price ( plus shipping ). I got my TS-XW for 399 incl. Shipping. The quality is good. The Sparco was 170 EUR and the loadcell pedals 199.-. In total 770.-via Amazon which left me some money to spend on a stable Motedis rig . You will need a rig for loadcells and also for the 6Nm if used correctly. Also for an 8Nm Fanatec small DD.
@alpha007org3 жыл бұрын
How come people don't see what Fanatec is doing. I got that spidy feeling DD 0.5 will lack something more than just a torque. You will buy it. And then you'll buy the rim. Of course, if you don't have proper pedals, Fanatec covers you here too. But as time goes on, you'll wanna have a "true" DD performance. And because you already have everything Fanatec, DD1 or DD2 will be there waiting for you. Great way to hook you into their ecosystem.

Im deciding between a TS-PC and a T-GT II, well, the second isnt available so far in my country, but i kinda want to play that Gran Turismo 7 as well. Getting the PC one, and spending extra on a drivehub and a compatible controller for ps5 makes me want to just wait for a T-GT II, but the bigger wheel size and rpm leds are tempting too. I know the torque is almost the same on both, and the GT one has that bass for GT

What did u do? I'm thinking about wheel n base purchase. Tgt2 the build looks better, more air flow, plus ps compatible... I play mainly pc so.. The ts pc comes with that Ferrari big wheel but looks like it hasn't got best airflow
@freedomdst2 жыл бұрын
@@thefourfourfour9512 i ende up getting the TS PC its rock solid, it has a fan for the "case" plus one on the motor itself, so it doesnt have much overheat problems, the TGTII is nice aswell, if you have it available and want it for PS4/5 it saves you buying a drivehub adapter like i had to do. Now, the TSPC wheel is really nice, and bigger, but they dont sell it appart. Besides some specific effects for GT sport/7 they are the same wheel.
@RyuKyu3163 жыл бұрын
The TS-PC is a great wheel strong ffb and super fast too, way faster than my old g29. I got in on sale but the only problem with it for now is it makes a weird sound when turning the wheel, something like plastic chipping sound. But it's inaudible when playing. Might get mine warrantied if possible.
@kamils21473 жыл бұрын
I think it's like spring hitting the fan
@stefan-georgfuchs96182 жыл бұрын
I know this sound. It's the little Fan inside the wheelbase which "snares" from time to time. Nothing serious though (according to TM Support ). It's much less noisy then other TM wheelbases with integrated powersupplies. The TSPC/TSXW has a separate ( quiet ) powersupply. The wheelbase as such is very solid.
@messiahshow2 жыл бұрын
Just replace the fan inside to a nice noctua instead. There are video on KZbin how to do that.
