While the other husband and wife combo have if they are lucky one good film to their names if that. Like Milla I think has some talent but that's pretty much only resulted in her being in one good film which is the 5th Element. I also enjoyed the film The Perfect Getaway but not sure if I would say that is a good film and I mostly just liked it for Timothy Olyphant.

In fairness and to an extant, I can see having heroes/role models that have different body types (it's not solely tied to health. It can be genetic and other reasons). Plus, it can help make for more diverse storytelling/characters.
