It does your talents in order from left to right, top row before bottom row (when there is multiple at the same level, otherwise it just goes by level). So if you wanted assault and battery at level 10 then you needed to slot it in first, which would have put it in the top left.

Been playing around this build. People saying Shamanistic Rage forget that Air Ascendance is only 1 slot instead of 2-3. Secondly it gives you mobility which is huge in MS. Stormborn is def great DPS, high dmg indeed but depends what you plan. Worth getting the talent to reduce cd so u can pretty much always have it on. It is really good.

Nice build, I've done a few like this as well. What I'd do differently though is using stormgarde since you have thunder slam and lightning shield, and shamanistic rage instead of ascendance since then you can use stormborn as a talent, which is huuuuuge damage with your thunder blade. Oh, and another big thing I also just recently learned: mental quickness and strength main stat, so you can use paladin gear with str/int/sp and scale both like crazy. Super good for hybrid builds. And you can farm stormbringer as well, not only stormgarde ;)

Yeah Mental Quickness is great, but i have only 2/5 so just took other talents. Nice idea with Stormborn :)

Would you reckon elemental mastery is worse than shamanistic rage since both proc stormborn, but elemental mastery has 2 minute cooldown instead of 1 minute

@@saikyue4462 well the main thing here is that with shamanistic rage you actually get mana back, which you will need, plus there are 2 talents which reduce cooldown on hit (thunder slam takes like 10 seconds off every time you use it) and another which extends the duration by 3 seconds every 5 seconds on spell crit. It just fits into the build while elemental mastery gives you spell haste which does nothing. Plus it has 2 minutes cd without the legendary (still wont be worth it with the legendary)

Hey I was using str. It's hard to have lots of DMG on this build as it focuses on both psychical and nature DMG. This season You want to pick one type and modify it as much as possible. It's a shame cuz gameplay wise it was pretty cool.

Don't know if you know, but you can get Titan's Grip and still use Thunderslam and Lightning Blade. It says Required "Two handed Weapon" not "Single Two Handed Weapon" Enjoy! Thunderslam was my first buid on S9!

Yeah but they only use main hand for the attack so all you would be doing is giving yourself a -15% damage debuff.

It's better to use hoplite training and use a pole arm and shield. This just makes you insanely tanky as well as having the 2h dmg without the titans grip dmg debuff

I was thinking that to myself as well. Most skills except lightning bolt use weapon dmg so that would be a decrease actually. Unless auto attack is worth it, but I doubt that. Would be a cool theme though with 2x two handers 😁

@venarioo So how do you run this then Str or Int? I feel like most content creators skip over what they scale. Seems like the lightning would best scale from int/sp but the melee would scale best on str/agi/ap.

I actually state it later in the vid, cuz forgot about it in the beginning 😂 I go for str as most of the dmg comes from weapon dmg. Although I also collect some cloth wit sp as intellect sometimes gives more dmg than str overall hehe. Those coofs should be reworked I think. For the moment for most builds int and sp is way to go.

Yeah at around 9min in you open your build window and it shows agi selected. So i will try that. I tried to make a similar build with int and 1h dw and it was dooky. Going to try your set up instead. Wish i had assault and battery though.

A good way to determine your best stat is to head to the ascension database (dunno if links are allowed?) and look up the spells that are top damage for you. It'll show you the scaling of them. Like sinister strike for example, has really minor scaling that is identical between SP and AP. So it doesn't care which one you stack, but something like corruption scales almost twice as high with SP as it does with AP; worth mentioning all skills scale with both though.

​@venarioo it's better to go int as primary state and go sp gear so you get more weapon dmg + lot of sp since no1 of your talent scales of ap like bloodthirst for example. BUT if you get 5/5 MQ it's bis to get retri palla gear - str/sp❤

Yeah, You can reroll the starting abilities keep the ones You like, later at level 60 when You start getting cards, You can choose exactly which skills You want without rerolling.

I think he rolled them randomly from card packs. That is how i got lightning blade. I have checked the discovery discord for assault and battery and doesnt appear anyone has found it yet.

Here I am trying to just do a traditional hunter build, and my best round has been auto shot, hunters mark, tame beast, arcane shot, mongoose bite and arrows of fire. Then I prestige again lol hold up, what am I missing about PvP where I am only hitting people for 10% of my normal damage?

On level 60 You will start getting skill cards to make sure You get certains skills druing leveling. PvP dmg is reduced by quite a lot. Otherwise we would be just running around and one shotting. Every skill have different modifiers in PvP

Don't forget you can farm a ton of great legendaries for free in the open world. You can farm all legendaries here (pretty much) very easily
