He does do opera. Music of the Night & Phantom of the Opera from Phantom of the Opera, Gethsemane from Jesus Christ Superstar and Nessun Dorma from Puccini's opera Turandot. Any one of them will blow your mind. Great reaction. And this version, other than the original is my favourite of this awesome song. Hail ❤🤘✝

Enjoyed your reaction. This was back when Dan did a lot of session work for other bands to make some extra income. He did so much session work for Orion's Reign back then that for a couple of years they even listed him as their lead singer. Dan's own band is called Fearless. And if you really want to hear him do opera, check out his "Nessun Dorma"

Dan did some great vocals, when he was with the Greek band "Orion's Reign". But he left, because he wasn't able to follow the plan of his carrier on KZbin. This the best "Thunderstruck" I've ever heard. His outstanding metal voice is truly inspiring.

One of the things I love about this version is that we get Dan's full, rich vocal tone but he's also able to bring in hints of Brian Johnson's very distinctive, sharper sound. It's Dan, but it's also clearly AC/DC. I love that so much.

Thank you for your continued support and wonderful response to this epic cover by Dan. In 2016-2017 Dan was a guest vocalist with Orion's Reign. But he then left the band to pursue his own career. It was certainly a learning experience he had with this band. thank you for sharing.....

Thanks for your great reaction to Dan Vasc. This song was pretty epic, but that is what Dan does. Please check out his opera vocals on Nessun Dorma. You will be blown away. Another completely different but equally amazing is his cover of Battle Hymn by Manowar. A must see/hear version of an amazing song.

That's an AMAZING cover , I'm an Aussie , I love my Aussie boy's AC/DC , however this cover ( in my opinion only ) is EPIC and has DAN POWER he knows how to BRING IT , HAIL VASC NATION !!!🤟 Great reaction thank you ,,,❤from Australia...

I love this cover of Thunderstruck with Dan and Orion's Reign! This blows the original by AC DC out of the sky! Orion's Reign is from Greece and they are great! They do metal Christmas songs and they are amazing! Dan has an Opera song called Nessun Dorma, check it out. Thanks for your reaction!

I like it better than the original (sorry, I listened to it again) 😊. Dan is simply amazing. He was the lead singer in Orions Reign for about 2 years, where Dan also recorded some Christmas songs with Minniva. By the way opera.... e.g. Nessun Dorma by Puccini, Gethsemane from Jesus Christ Superstar and more. So the choice of different musical styles is huge. Have fun browsing. 😃

I do love Dan's version of this song! Thanks for the reaction! 😊 Dan does do some opera! As others have said there is his cover of Nessum Dorma, but, there is also his cover of Andre Botticelli and Sarah Brightman's, Time To Say Goodbye, sung beautifully as a duet with Ren Stillnight. ❤

Dan left Orion's Reign and is now with the band Fearless, who have one full album to date. And outside of Dan, the rest of OR was (or is, not sure if still together) Greek, so yes it was Greece.

Dan did cover an Opera piece……Nessun Dorma by Puccini’s Turandot. It is absolutely phenomenal. He did not change it up and sang it pure opera. The late, great Pavarotti was famous for singing Nessun Dorma. Clarification: he wasn’t made famous by singing that piece but was famous for his incredible performance for it. Dan does the piece justice and I think Pavarotti would absolutely agree. Hail VascNation ❤ Oh, Dan’s band is named Fearless. He did sing for Orions Reign as a guest singer but they credited him as a member of the band.
