Your presentation of this barely known dish in the western world have me craving for it. There are still so much to discover in the eastern world which the west have no interest at all. Please keep going for us who are your kindred spirits and who haven't lost touch of our peaceful and kind roots in the midst of the mean western world. Through partaking together of sublime food /meal .

I have to say your channel is a work of art, the visual and your culinary skills truly is relaxing and elegant. It's rare to see South Eastern Asian food display in such beautiful content. Keep up the good work! Wondering if you can make somlar Machu Trey in the future.
