Tofu and Tempeh are soy based vegan protein items. Seitan is made from wheat gluten not soy. Another one that may come up is Quorn which is made from mycoprotein (a type of mould).

Gisele is pronounced with a soft G. Her name in Portuguese is actually pronounced 'Jah-zel-ee', but she says people in the US during casting constantly mispronounced it, so now she's widely known as 'Jah-zel'.
