It's usage in the scene is a reference to the movie, "The Blues Brothers," which has a scene where Jake and Elwood have to sneak past some cops, and they move in sync with the music.

XD just the pile of Nail’s arms is hysterical. I think they mentioned they tried to work in the episode number into multiple episodes in a row. Nail lost 24 arms. Also love that Nail gets to do the thing that annoys him most. Ignores him and doesn’t give him the satisfaction of fear or care. Nail knew he was likely not going to make it and he was just stalling. The only reason Freeza DOES NOT kill him is because he doesn’t respond. So he left him in just RIDICULOUS amounts of pain. Vegeta waking up for the need to pee and just the slow realization it really was the dragon and it goes to the “Thwartin mah plans?!” dialogue which is just 20/10. (And your hear Piccolo scream OW MY EAR! When Vegeta screams in his realization. And TFS themselves get goosebumps from the delivery of Freeza’s last line in the episode and TOTALLY geek out on LilKuriboh’s performance. Also there’s a gallon of LSD in the roots of Popo’s pot plants. In a milk jug specifically. Maybe. That’s my guess where it would be.

Nail is supposed to be stalling for time for the good guy to summon the dragon and make as many wishes as possible. Nail eventually tells Freeza this to spite him, and because Nail assumes that Dendee is already in position to help the good guys with the wish making. Small Plot Hole: Nail should absolutely know that they have not summoned the dragon yet because if they did, it'd be night time on a planet with three suns. Which should be obvious to any native Namekian.

fun fact, first form frieza has a powerlevel of 530,000 Nail has a powerlevel of 42,000 Master Roshi was able to blow up the moon with a powerlevel of less than 200 That should tell you and Kirby how strong Frieza is just in his first form alone. Even if this is a parody, the sarcastic tyrant with absolutely no equal in the universe makes him just that more all the likeable and hateable at the same time, since there's absolutely nothing anyone can do anything about his weird quirks at this point in the series.
