Hello, first of all very lovely video! What method would you recommend for testing the minerals content in your water? I mean is there and easy way to do it (something like ph papers for example)? I have been buying my watter for some time now so it would be interesting to see what I am working with and what tap water do I have. Also would you recommend Flair for espresso beginners? Thank you very much!:)

You can get most of the things you need on Amazon for example, shouldn't have to be that expensive. Let us know how it works out.
