Recipe:
Glutinous Rice - 2 Cups
Distillers Yeast - 6-7g
Use 2 cups of water to cook 2 cups of glutinous rice. Wait until the rice is cooled and is roughly body temperature, mix the yeast with the 200cc of water and mix thoroughly and then pour the mixture into the rice. After filling the containers with rice, put on the lid and let it sit for 48 hours at around 25 degrees or more. If the temperature isn't high enough, let it sit in direct sunlight for a few hours.
