Yinghao Daniel Wang 先把芋頭炸一下放下去墊住再舖上排骨。這樣就會像酒樓那樣好吃。:如果嫌太麻煩一次可炸多點點,留到第二次蒸排骨用。:

I found a youtuber copy exactly the same of your ingredient and procedure. She just changed a bit on the cleaning process but then the rest is exactly the same. Because she published in 2018 and you' in 2015.
