God you’re a genius. I just binged watched like 6 of your videos, please keep making more. Wish you were my doctor. I’ve been suffering with crazy episodes my whole life (44 years) with dozens of doctors, close to six figures in medical bills (I paid out of pocket for years when I didn’t have insurance) and still no real answers and more importantly, no treatment and I’m scared to go early like many of my relatives.

60 YO guy here. Noticed a dark spot in my left eye remaining for a few days a couple months ago, so I went to an eye doctor. Part of the optic nerve was permanently damaged, likely because of a TIA which I do not remember having any symptoms of; apparently it happened in my sleep. For sure a full-blown stroke is worse but a TIA can nail you hard too, and you might not even realize it's happening. If you suddenly get a migraine headache when you don't usually have them, or get dizzy for no apparent reason do the "FAST" test for a stroke and if any symptoms appear get yourself to the hospital immediately; the earlier it's treated the better the results will be. A TIA or "mini stroke" can have major implications!

Not sure what you meant when you said "If we go out 5 year's, in people who have had a TIA. The incident of heart attacks, is the same as strokes, is the same as sudden cardiac death"

We would like to hear your thoughts on the corona virus, it's basically infecting the world and causing hysteria.. Contradictions galore, for example stating that surgical masks are totally ineffective, yet... surgical masks have been used by the medical industry for decades when dealing with most infectious diseases dealing with "droplet" risk, such as flu's and influenza.. Would like to hear your take

He's got a vid on it from a couple weeks back- long before anyone else was discussing it in depth.
