This is a Show and Production by China's Sichuan TV Station, that especially designed for the ethnic Tibetan youth from four provinces in China (40 of them), to promote their hometown. This group of youth is a small selections from the applications (40 out of 3,000 applicants). Many of these youth never had the stage experiences, some did not know singing, others did not know dancing. However, all received daily training and coaching during the show Production by experts/professionals. The name of the Show can be translated as "Handsome Tibetan Youth", the Show has received much supports from China's arts and entertainment industry/communities.

@@JJ-bo3wm You said it’s on Khampa TV which is especially made for Tibetan language shows to promote Tibetan language within Tibetan areas where Chinese isn’t the native language. Wish they use the channel for what it was intended for.

@@Bzdm0 I didn't understand what you're trying to say. Tibetan language is one of many languages spoken by a few dozens of ethnic group of people living in that Chinese region. By the way, Chinese is the only official language, which everyone learns since they start schooling, and for work place etc.

@@JJ-bo3wm What I meant to emphasize is that “Tibetan is the majority and native language spoken in Tibet (Kham+Utsang+Amdo)” and when the channel is especially meant to facilitate the use of Tibetan in entertainment within the region it should ideally be used for that and not other purposes for which other alternatives exist. It defeats the purpose of the channel.

@@Bzdm0 It sounds like you're questioning the goal of having a Tibetan language station, and how it needs to operate. Unless you're a Chinese, you would be questioned as an outsider interfering with the internal matters of China, what's your goal?
