When someone can make such a well-equipped Information centre for their visitors why can't we do it to help tourists coming to our country! Let us build pressure on our governments to build such facilities in our country also.

I don't know about other states but in Lucknow, we have many tourist centres, one at the city center near the Lucknow Railway Station. Not only it informs you about the city, but the whole state of Uttar Pradesh. They handout pamphlets, coffee table book, books about Uttar Pradesh too.🙂

I live in a touristy area in Jodhpur and there is a tourist help center. (managed by min. Of tourism Raj. Which is actually a 10×10 tin Box ) near my home and believe me I have never seen them helping any tourist in any way in 20 yrs of my life time.
