1. On S/L whether “A” is sending a train Or “B” is sending the train, when communication is working it means direction is decided by SMs that who is sending the train. In TIC it can not be decided 2. If Signals are provided on the Line it is called governed by signals otherwise it is called non signaled line 3. During TIC on Automatic S/L authority is T/B 602+T/A 912 , other rules & speed are same
